Privacy policy

This policy covers nfcrx.com, the NFCRx marketing site operated by AmerIKYP. It describes what this website collects and why. It does not cover the NFC campaigns AmerIKYP runs for its clients, which are governed by each client's own privacy notice.

What we collect

Only what you type into the contact form on this site: your name, company, work email, phone number, the audience and quantity you select, and whatever you write in the campaign box. Nothing on this site asks for health information, and you should not send any.

What we do with it

Your submission is sent by email to the AmerIKYP team so we can reply to your inquiry and prepare a quote. It is not sold, rented or shared with advertisers, and it is not used for automated decision making.

The form is delivered through a Cloudflare Workers service operated by ThatsKrispy, the agency that builds and maintains this website, acting as our processor. Cloudflare processes the message in transit and does not retain it as a mailbox.

Cookies and storage

This site sets no advertising cookies and runs no cross site tracking.

Your cookie choice is stored in your browser's local storage so the banner does not ask again on every page. Your accessibility preferences, such as larger text or reduced motion, are stored the same way. Both stay on your own device and are never sent to us.

If analytics are switched on in future they will load only after you accept them, and declining will leave the site fully usable.

Embedded content

Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts and the accessibility and consent widget is loaded from krispy-widget.pages.dev. Both see the network request that fetches the file, which includes your IP address, in the same way any hosted asset does. The explainer video is served from this site, not from a video platform, so watching it sends nothing to a third party.

How long we keep it

Inquiry emails are kept for as long as we are in contact with you about the project, and then for a reasonable commercial record period. Ask us to delete yours at any time and we will.

Your choices

You can ask what we hold about you, ask for a correction, ask for it to be deleted, or ask us to stop contacting you. Email [email protected] or call 561 818 9105 and we will act on it.

Children

This is a business to business site. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

Changes

If this policy changes the date at the top changes with it.
